Oatly UK have started building one of the largest plant-based factories in the world and it's going to be on your doorstep. When we say doorstep, we mean Peterborough. We'll be able to produce 300 million litres of oat drink every year and get it to you when you need it. Not only are we aiming to use 100% renewable energy, decrease energy and water consumption; the oats we use to make our oat drink will be sourced locally across the UK. From 2023, because we'll have a factory in the UK, all the oat drink sold in the UK will be made in the UK and only have to travel in the UK.
